1. Return Window: Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned or refunded: print-on-demand and custom-made items (including all DV Print Shop products), digital products and subscriptions (see Digital Products Policy), items marked Final Sale, perishable goods, and intimate or sanitary items.
4. How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at team@delightfulvices.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2-3 business days. Do not ship items back without receiving return instructions, unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. DV is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
6. Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping at no cost to you. *Return Shipping labels and tracking are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Print-on-Demand Items: All DV Print Shop items are made to order and cannot be returned for size, color preference, or change of mind. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue.
9. Drop shipped Item Returns: Some products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Return eligibility and logistics for these items follow the same 30-day window but may require coordination with the supplier. We manage this process on your behalf. Please contact us first before attempting to return to any supplier directly.
10. Exceptions: Holiday volume period on orders received : Orders received between 11:59 pm MST on December 5th - January 3rd are eligible for a 10-day extension.
