SHIPPING:

Do you offer free shipping?   Yes.  Free shipping on all orders, no minimum required. We believe the price you see is the price you pay.

How long does shipping take?   Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.  Larger items such as furniture and outdoor sets may require additional transit time due to their size and carrier routing.

Do larger items ship differently?     Some oversized items such as patio sets, dining tables, and outdoor shelters ship via freight or oversized carrier rather than standard parcel. You will receive tracking information either way. If a delivery appointment or special instructions are required, the carrier will contact you directly.

Do you ship outside the United States?   Currently we ship within the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are not available at this time.

Can I track my order?   Yes.  You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.

What if my item arrives damaged?    Contact us at team@delightfulvices.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

What is your return policy?   We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details including exclusions for digital products and items marked final sale.

 How  do I initiate a return?    Email - team@delightfulvices.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions. Do not ship anything back before contacting us, unsolicited returns cannot be processed.

Who pays for return shipping?   For returns due to damage or our error, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on large or oversized items.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

What is the Delightful Vices Store Subscription?  It is a membership that gives you access to exclusive deals, early product releases, and a monthly store credit applied directly to eligible purchases. Three tiers are available: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime.

What do I get with each tier?

Does my monthly credit roll over?   No. And Yes. The  $20 monthly credit is use-it-or-lose-it.  It does not accumulate or roll over to the following month.  Lifetime members never lose their credits, they carry forward indefinitely.

Can I upgrade my plan?    Annual subscribers can upgrade to Lifetime within their first 90 days. Monthly subscribers are not eligible for upgrade pricing and would need to purchase Lifetime as a new subscriber.

Can I cancel my subscription?   Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime. Annual subscriptions are paid in full at purchase and are not eligible for mid-term cancellation refunds. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no cancellation applicable.

How do I use my monthly credit?   Your credit is applied at checkout to eligible products and offers. It will appear as a discount during the checkout process once your subscription is active.

GUILTY PLEASURES CLUB  REFERRAL PROGRAM:

What is the Guilty Pleasures Club?   It is our referral program. When you refer someone to Delightful Vices and they make a qualifying purchase or start a subscription, you earn store credit. The more you refer, the more you earn.

How do I get my referral code?     Sign up for the Guilty Pleasures Club on the GPC page. Your unique referral code will be emailed to you.

What do I earn for each referral?

Does my referral credit expire?    Referral credits are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Lifetime subscribers have no expiry on their referral credits.

Is there a monthly earning cap?   Monthly and Annual tier members are capped at $150 in referral credits per calendar month. Lifetime members have no cap.

Can I refer myself?     No.   Self-referrals are automatically disqualified.

When does my credit get issued?   Credits are issued 7 days after the referral qualifies, to allow for any return window.  Once cleared, your credit coupon will be emailed to you.

PRODUCTS:

Are your products brand new?    Yes.  All products are new unless explicitly marked otherwise.

Do your products come with a warranty?    Warranty coverage depends on the specific product and manufacturer. Where applicable, warranty information is noted in the product description.

Do you offer assembly services?   We do not offer assembly at this time.  Most products include instructions. Items marked "no assembly required" are ready to use out of the box.

What does the "New and Scarce" label mean?   It means the item is limited in quantity and may not be restocked once sold out. If you see it and want it, now is probably the time.

Do I need an account to purchase?    No.  You can check out as a guest. An account is required to access subscription benefits and the Guilty Pleasures Club.
