1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or purchasing from Delightful Vices ("DV," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Products and Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the physical item.
3. Pricing: Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders and Payment: By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
5. Shipping: Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. DV is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.
6. Subscriptions: DV offers monthly, annual, and lifetime membership subscriptions. Each active subscription includes a monthly promotional credit applied to eligible products and promotions. This credit is non-transferable, expires at the end of each billing period, carries no cash value, and cannot be accumulated across periods. The lifetime subscription is available as a one-time purchase or as an upgrade within the first 90 days of an annual subscription. Month-to-month subscriptions are not eligible for upgrade to lifetime pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated and collected in accordance with applicable state law. See our Sales Tax Notice for details on how tax is applied to subscription fees and promotional credit redemptions.
8. Intellectual Property: All site content including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of J&A Data Tech LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DV's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. DV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.
11. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
