How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at team@delightfulvices.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2–3 business days. Do not ship items back without receiving return instructions, unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping: Authorized returns can be sent via mail or taken to a designated drop-off location based on the instructions provided by our team. We will provide a download and print return label for your convenience. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
