Return Window: Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. Orders received between 11:59 PM MST on December 3rd – January 5th are eligible for a 15-day extension.
Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: The following are NOT eligible for return or refund: custom-made or personalized items, digital products, subscriptions, and items explicitly marked as Final Sale.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at team@delightfulvices.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2–3 business days. Do not ship items back without receiving return instructions, unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping: Authorized returns can be sent via mail or taken to a designated drop-off location based on the instructions provided by our team. We will provide a download and print return label for your convenience. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Delightful Vices LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Because shipping is free across our entire store, no shipping fees or restocking fees will ever be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Drop-Shipped Item Returns: Some products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Return eligibility follows the same 30-day window but may require coordination with the supplier. We manage this process on your behalf — please contact us first before attempting to return to any supplier directly.
